Sean grew up just outside of the city in Glenside, PA. Beginning his undergrad studies at Temple University in 2007, any of Sean’s free time was spent exploring Philadelphia. Sean worked his way through college as the manager of the rooftop pool at the William Penn House during the summers. The breathtaking views from that roof are what ignited his love affair with the city. Periodically during college, Sean would lend a hand to contractors working in multifamily buildings in Center City. This experience led to an opportunity on the property management side of real estate; working closely with Ted Gay of George Gay Real Estate, Sean learned the ins and outs of property management and bookkeeping from a well-established third-generation business. In 2014, Sean took the valuable skills and knowledge harnessed at GGRE to another family business on the other side of Walnut Street; Solo Real Estate, Inc. With proven skill in property management, familiarity with renovation, and true love of the city, Sean is ready, willing and able to assist you in buying, selling and managing your real estate.
If by some miracle he is not performing his property manager duties or assisting clients, Sean can be found hiking the Wissahickon, biking along the Schuylkill River, or enjoying a meal and a craft beer at one of the many fine eateries in Philadelphia.
