Rebecca “Becca” Nichols-Franqui

Realtor

When she is not selling houses or renting apartments in Philadelphia, you can spot Rebecca running around the city training for her next race, recovering afterward in a local beer garden, or in dog parks with Alejandro, their daughters, and their pup, Hansi.

Rebecca is a native Minnesotan who unexpectedly but very happily became immersed in the world of Philadelphia real estate after meeting her husband, Alejandro Franqui. Before deciding to join the Solo family business, Rebecca received a Master’s degree in Environment, Politics, and Globalization from King’s College London and worked in housing in the nonprofit world at Habitat for Humanity. Solo’s values as a business that prioritizes environmental sustainability by creating green roofs, sponsoring local green nonprofit organizations, and encouraging tenants to recycle made her even more excited to join the team.

When she is not selling houses or renting apartments in Philadelphia, you can spot Rebecca running around the city training for her next race, recovering afterward in a local beer garden, or in dog parks with Alejandro, their daughters, and their pup, Hansi.

Rebecca’s and (Alejandro’s) Philadelphia real estate knowledge and experience led them to a property they didn’t think existed: a South Philly rowhouse only a few minutes away from their favorite Passyunk eateries with great outdoor space. Not only is she acquiring tons of first-time home buyer knowledge, but she is learning how to manage a gut rehab.

Rebecca is ready and able to help you through all the trials and joy of buying and selling.
