Over 27 years, Nick helped grow FringeArts from a small neighborhood festival into a nationally celebrated institution, showcasing hundreds of performances and drawing thousands of patrons annually.

Nick’s vision transformed a historic municipal pumping station on the Delaware River waterfront into a dynamic arts center. The space now features a 250-seat theater, the Haas Biergarten, and the Fringe Bar, where audiences gather to experience groundbreaking performances. His expertise in managing complex projects—from fundraising $10 million to overseeing development—set the foundation for his success in real estate.

Nick’s deep ties to the city extend beyond the arts. Since retiring as a dancer with the Philadelphia Ballet in 1995, he has cultivated a parallel career in real estate development. He has acquired and renovated residential properties in South Philadelphia and developed second homes in Pennsylvania’s scenic Upper Delaware River region. In 2024, he earned his real estate license and now serves clients in Montgomery County, where he resides.
