Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Denise Piechoski has been a part of Solo Real Estate for the last 39 years. She is an integral member of our team, handling all of our Accounting and Bookkeeping services on a day-to-day basis. Denise would never ‘cook the books’ but she does enjoy baking sweets and sewing in her spare time.

What Denise loves most about Philadelphia is the communal and neighborly culture that engulfs every neighborhood. She also loves going down to the shore on weekends almost as much as she loves her dog and our resident office pup, Hobey.
