With an intimate neighborhood feel and expanding lineup of shops and cafes, Point Breeze is one of South Philly’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Bounded by 25th Street to the west, Washington Avenue to the north, Broad Street to the east, and Mifflin Street to the south, Point Breeze is dense and bustling area. Point Breeze Ave, a major artery, cuts diagonally through the neighborhood and features many small shops and restaurants.

Construction is booming in Point Breeze, with both homeowners and developers renovating and building on nearly every street. Public transportation, including the Broad Street Line subway and many bus routes, make Point Breeze a walkers paradise. Yet street parking, even at night, is fairly easy to find. Authentic Vietnamese food and a handful of cozy bars make this a great place for a night out.
