Center City — the heart of downtown Philadelphia — encompasses some of the city’s busiest areas and most well-known cultural and historical neighborhoods. Technically including Rittenhouse Square, Graduate Hospital, Washington Square (and many other neighborhoods as well), the Center City neighborhood proper is a vibrant downtown district, home to many businesses as well as residents, students, shoppers and tourists. The Center City District maintains four magnificent public spaces; Dilworth, Sister Cities, John F. Collins and Cret Parks. Homes range from traditional brick townhomes to soaring high-rise luxury condominiums. Whatever you might be looking for, chances are you’ll find it in Center City!
