Solo runs three generations deep so when you decide to work with Solo, you’re joining a real family. This Philadelphia-based company was founded in 1951 by Stanley A. Solo, a Wharton graduate and the son of a real estate investor. Seventy years later, we are now owned and operated by Stanley’s daughter Deborah Solo, and supported by a dedicated team of agents including her son, Alejandro Franqui. Alejandro is the third generation and continues to build on the family legacy through his work as a developer and real estate agent at Solo Real Estate.
