Rental Coordinator

We are looking to hire a full-time rental coordinator to support our real estate property management team with promoting rental listings. In this role, you will work with our team to advertise listings, process rental applications, and provide support with related administrative tasks.

Solo Real Estate is a family-owned and operated real estate brokerage based in Center City Philadelphia that has been in business since 1951 and we pride ourselves on our decades of expertise in real estate investment and property management. We manage 450+ units in Philadelphia ranging from single-family to apartments and condos.

Responsibilities:

  • Write promotional copy, list and advertise available rental listings on the MLS and on relevant rental sites like Zillow, Trulia, PadMapper, etc.
  • Support the property management team with daily administrative tasks including but not limited to processing rental applications, communicating with applicants to obtain financial documents and running credit checks, and checking references
  • Regularly post and update rental listings on the Solo Website using WordPress
  • Assist with the creation and editing of content for the website, social channels, and newsletter as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to multitask while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to follow through with all necessary paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Must be tech-savvy. Hands-on experience utilizing Appfolio, Google Docs, WordPress, or using social media for advertising purposes is a plus.
  • Previous experience is not required but an interest in learning about real estate is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

If you have a valid real estate license there is also an opportunity to earn additional commissions showing rentals.
