Adam Margent is from North Jersey, and after graduating Temple University’s business school decided it was best to start planting his roots right here in Philadelphia. Knowing that his two brothers shared a similar interest in real estate, and recognizing the opportunity that Philly presented, they partnered up and purchased their first Philly home in 2009 in the Fairmount area.
After a few years of working in a corporate setting as an analyst, and acquiring a couple of additional properties in Fairmount and Fishtown, Adam decided to put all his focus on real estate and joined North Broad Living Management as a property manager in the Art Museum and Temple areas. It was at this time that Adam learned an extensive amount of information about the industry (in regard to the markets, investment, and development), and also became an agent as well to help himself progress.
Adam has a very deep understanding of the Fairmount, Temple and Fishtown / Kensington markets, and currently operates his own short term leasing business. He really enjoys helping his friends and clients with any questions they may have about Philadelphia real estate and will always make sure the transaction process goes smoothly.
