Stacy Sanseverino is an eight-year veteran of Philadelphia real estate. Stacy began her career as a residential landlord in the summer of 2001 in Fishtown, after earning her Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, Stacy moved from Old City to Northern Liberties, buying a duplex listed by Deborah Solo of Solo Realty. By May 2004, Stacy decided to make real estate her full time career. Stacy and Deborah had great chemistry then, and still do now as part of a balanced, caring, and effective team ready to serve you.

When Stacy is not busy serving her clients, she can be found walking her dogs (Aly & Susie) in Northern Liberties, dancing up a (salsa) storm at Estilo Dance Studios, or participating in the various activities of Liberti Church in Fishtown, including visiting her favorite kids at the New Hope Children's Home in Arequipa, Peru.
