Originally from Toronto and now a true Philadelphian at heart, Margaret Barnes-DelColle lives with her husband in South Philadelphia, where she focuses her buying, selling, and real estate investment services.

Active in local civic associations, Margaret has made a career serving people for 25 years — owning a successful business near Rittenhouse Square in addition to being a trusted real estate agent. She is also a proven real estate investor and coordinates the refurbishing of many of her own properties. And for the past decade she has been president of the Quantum Leap Investment Club, using her degree in design to improve her aesthetic skills. When she is not helping clients, Margaret likes to garden, cook, and practice yoga. Margaret's son Chris lives in Marina del Ray, California and works as a set builder in the entertainment industry.
