Deborah E. Solo
Armed with a special interest in historic preservation and a University of Pennsylvania master’s degree in architecture, Deborah formed Solo Real Estate in 1989 to follow her father's footsteps and become the third generation of Solo Real Estate in Philadelphia.
Deborah attended the University of Chicago as an undergraduate, where she met her husband and partner, Angel Luis Franqui. Always on the fast track, Deborah graduated in three years with double honors before moving to San Francisco.
In San Francisco, Deborah worked as a paralegal and attended the San Francisco Art Institute, earning her bachelor’s degree in fine arts.
Deborah has hands-on familiarity with restoration and renovation costs, procedures, pitfalls, and benefits. Many clients come to her for advice and knowledge that goes beyond the simple buying and selling of real estate.
