Tom DelColle

Tom is a full-time real estate agent with a more than passing interest in ‘all things Philadelphia.’ Tom grew up in South & West Philadelphia and now lives with his wife, Margaret, in South Philadelphia’s Pennsport section. Tom, a true Philly native, has a genuine knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods. He'd be happy to show you around.

Tom attended West Catholic High School for Boys and went on to LaSalle University where he majored in business and marketing. His first foray into the business world was in the floor covering business. Tom worked closely with major builders and designers on residential and commercial interior projects.

Being oriented towards service, Tom set his sights on the food industry. He has managed some of the city’s most notable restaurants including the North Star Bar and the White Dog Cafe. After spending time as a restaurant manager, Tom opened a successful gourmet foods shop on Rittenhouse Square.

While working in the hospitality business Tom and his wife began investing in local real estate. This part time interest soon grew to a full time pursuit for the couple. Both are now working full time as real estate agents and managing their own investments. Tom has handled most of the renovations on their investment properties himself. Their knowledge and resources make them a reliable source for investors.

Tom is available to bring his expertise and information to Philadelphia buyers, sellers and investors.
