Margaret Barnes-DelColle

Originally from Toronto and now a true Philadelphian at heart, Margaret Barnes-DelColle and her husband Tom DelColle (also a Realtor at Solo) live in the Pennsport neighborhood of South Philly where she serves on the board of the Pennsport Civic Organization.

Margaret has made a career serving people for 25 years—owning a successful business near Rittenhouse Square in addition to being a trusted real estate agent.

She is also a proven real estate investor and coordinates the refurbishing of many of her own properties using her degree in design to improve her aesthetic skills. When she is not helping clients, Margaret likes to garden, cook, and practice yoga and Tai Chi.
