About twenty five years ago, we decided to rent our duplex in Society Hill.  We were unhappy with the agent we were using and someone suggested we try Solo.  That was the best advice I have ever received.  Solo Realty has always been great at keeping the building rented.  When it was time to do necessary repairs, Solo has always provided workmen who have done a great job.  Deborah Solo's design skills have made the units far more attractive and functional than they would otherwise have been.

Later on, I used Solo to buy some other multifamily properties.  The firm was as helpful and conscientious in completing these transactions as they were in managing my first property. Whenever I have needed real estate advice, I have found Solo to be extremely responsive.  I have never received anything but excellent advice from them.

They have continued to manage all of my properties.  I have found that they are prompt in responding to tenant needs, careful about screening tenants, and thorough and conscientious in overseeing major renovations.  I really can't imagine any other firm giving me (and my tenants) the kind and quality of service that I receive from Solo.  I am a very, very satisfied client.  My most sincere thanks to all of you at Solo.
