"Our business relationship with Deborah began several years ago, when we were beginning to think about buying real estate as an investment. Gary knew both Deborah and her husband, but we had never used their services since we had no need in the past. We contacted Deborah, and had an initial meeting with her, in which we discussed our ideas and our goals. Deborah provided advice and direction at that initial meeting, which helped us make decisions about our price range and the type of property for which we were looking.

In most cases, Deborah was able to answer our questions then and there; in the rare instances when she had to do some research, she always got back to us quickly with accurate information.
As time passed, and we had seen a number of properties, Deborah developed a sense of exactly the type of property suited our comfort level and pocket book. One day Deborah called us with a hint of excitement in her voice about a property that had just been listed. She wanted to know if we could possibly see it that day sensing that it would be right for us. We were able to arrange our schedules to see it later that afternoon. Deborah’s instinct was correct; we loved the property – it was “the one”.
Deborah assisted us in making an offer, which she presented to a cooperating broker. She guided us through the negotiation process with calm expertise. When an agreement of sale had been signed, she began the process of guiding us through all of the tasks that had to be done so that settlement could be accomplished on schedule. Throughout the process, it was apparent that Deborah is highly respected by her peers. Other agents and brokers indicated that they respected her opinions and feedback. This was apparent at settlement as well. Thanks to Deborah’s organization and attention to detail, all went smoothly. As first time owners of an investment property, we have had occasion to call on Deborah for advice; she is always responsive and provides guidance.In addition to our relationship with Deborah as a real estate sales broker we employ Solo Realty as a management company for a condominium building for which we are Association officers. As we had no previous experience with condominium ownership, we have looked to Deborah for advice in this position as well. Again, she has been responsive and hands-on providing us with accurate and timely information.
